Intouch is on a mission to boost retention, improve transparency in customer relationships and prevent personal information decay.

Who we are

Intouch.com gives consumers one central place to store contact details that businesses like retailers, financial institutions and utility providers need. Our web and mobile apps act as single point-of-contact hubs, eliminating the need for users to create profiles continuously and ensuring businesses have the correct information. We use artificial intelligence, analytics and data modelling to unlock unique further opportunities.

We are all international founders – Sameh is Egyptian, Tim is Dutch, Doychin is Bulgarian and Javier is Spanish. Each of us experienced a similar frustration when we moved abroad: there was no central place to manage contact information with new companies and people we interacted with. It was inconvenient to update contact details, while the wrong ones remained. Research shows that 22.5% of companies’ databases get outdated year-over-year and acquiring new details is 25 times more expensive than retaining them.

Tim

Tim Arits

CCO

Tim grew up in the Netherlands and obtained his MSc in Marketing Management from Tilburg University in 2012 after which he was hired by Google’s EMEA HQ, and began his role as an Account Strategist for the Benelux team. Later he worked for Google’s New Business Development (High Value Plus) team, managing a 13.3M USD portfolio, and closed deals with clients like Warner Bros and the European Union. After 3 years working for Google he left Google to co-found Bundly - a self-updating contact management app to uniquely receive updates from friends and family. They were selected for New Frontiers Hothouse incubator and later merged with QReach to found Intouch.com, where Tim is Chief Commercial Officer.

Sam

Sameh Abdalla

CEO

Dr. Sameh Abdalla worked for five years at the University College Dublin (UCD) in which he lectured and researched the fields of Robotics, Data Mining and Digital Forensics. He also served and collaborated on several teaching and research missions to NSBM Colombo in Sri Lanka and Fuzhou University in China.
Dr. Sameh finished his PhD in Distributed Artificial Intelligence (DAI) from Trento University, Italy. Earlier he completed his joint Master’s of Management in Networked Economy from the Catholic University of Milano, Italy and UC Berkeley, USA. He earned his B.Sc in Computer Science from the Modern Academy for Computer Technologies in Cairo, Egypt.

Javi

Javier Mey

CTO

Javier (MSc) (CTO) obtained his Masters degree in Computer Science from the Autonoma University of Madrid and the Technical Institute of Denmark and relocated from Spain to Ireland to work on the technical side of Switcher.ie. In 2013, he developed TeamColony, a tool for teams to keep track of their overall productivity and achievements by replying to daily emails on their progress that day. This product is successful and has built up clients such as Spotify, the Huffington Post and Adobe. In 2014 Javi left Switcher.ie and  co-founded Bundly with Tim Arits, CCO Intouch, and held position of CTO.

Doychin

Doychin Doychev

CSO

Prior to architecting Intouch IP and technological stack he did a Master’s Degree in Real-time Recommender Systems and Big Data Analytics at University College Dublin. During his undergraduate education he became part of the IBM Extreme Blue program where he filed two joint patents.
